Remember how we were waiting for Snapdragon 888-powered smartphones to arrive? It looks like India is about to have a barrage of those coming in March, with most brands launching their new flagships in the coming days.
With more than a dozen announcements confirmed, it can be difficult to keep a track of all the upcoming smartphone launches in India for March. In this compilation, we’ve listed down all the confirmed and expected products along with all the information available about their price, specifications, leaks and launch date.
March has become the busiest month of the season in terms of smartphone launches, but it doesn’t come as a surprise as this period is expected to be strong in terms of demand as well. Moreover, with the supply chains resuming operations at optimal levels, the narrow time frame is not a coincidence.
Along with India’s first Snapdragon 888 smartphones, we also have interesting new budget offerings from Redmi, Realme, Samsung and Motorola launching in March.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A32
Samsung has launched a new mid-range device in India, the Galaxy A32. The Samsung Galaxy A32 will come with a 64MP quad-camera setup, 90Hz AMOLED display making it the first non-flagship phone from Samsung to do so. Further, the handset will also pack in a 5,000mAh battery. The cameras on the back also look unique without any bored or module design - it’s just the four-camera lens.
The in-display fingerprint scanner also makes its way. Underneath, the device is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 gaming-centric processor. The Galaxy A32 is available in a single configuration with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. You also get a microSD card slot that supports up to 1TB storage expansion.

REDMI NOTE 10 SERIES
The biggest and the much-awaited launch of the season, the Redmi Note 10 series has finally landed. India’s most popular budget smartphone series. The Redmi Note 10 series - the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Note 10 Pro, and the vanilla Note 10 brings big improvements in terms of camera, performance, and display.
This time around, the series is also getting the AMOLED display while Snapdragon processors are common across all three. The Pro Max also brings the 108MP camera to the table. The Redmi Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max brings a Full HD+ 120Hz refresh rate display while the Note 10 sports a 60Hz AMOLED panel. The Pro variants are powered by Snapdragon 732G SoC while the Snapdragon 678 makes its debut in India with Redmi Note 10.

REALME GT
The Realme GTs the newest and cheapest phone with Snapdragon 888 processor. You are looking at a 6.43-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED display and 360Hz sampling rate and the presence of sensitive brightness adjustment.
The Realme GT 5G has a 4,500mAh battery with a 65W SuperDart flash charge which can fully charge the battery in 35 minutes. The Realme GT comes in two variants, one with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage and the other with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Realme GT uses a VC Boost Stainless Steel Cooling System which is a new generation of 3D vapour cooling with reduced thickness and higher heat dissipation efficiency.

MOTO G10 POWERAND MOTO G30
The Moto G30 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ Max vision display and a 90Hz refresh rate, which is a first in Moto’s budget lineup and also India's cheapest 90Hz phone. The device is powered by Snapdragon 662 chipset. In the camera department, the Moto G30 sports a 64MP main sensor and the rest are the same as the Moto G10. Selfies are handled by a 13MP shooter housed in the dew-drop notch. In terms of the battery, the device packs in a 5,000mAh battery and is backed by a 15W fast charging.
The Moto G10 Power will have a 6,000mAh battery in India with 20W fast charging. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and is powered by Snapdragon 460 SoC.

ASUS ROG PHONE 5
The ROG Phone 5, ROG Phone 5 Pro, and Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate were unveiled with top of the line features. All three phones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. All three also feature a 6.78-inch custom AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch-sampling rate.
Internally the 6,000mAh battery with 65W fast charger support(30W in-box). In audio, the smartphone features a 3.5mm port with dual-front firing speakers, Dirac and ESS technologies. In terms of cameras, it has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 64MP primary sensor along with a 13MP ultrawide and a macro lens. On the front, it has a 24MP camera for selfies.

SAMSUNG GALAXY M12
Samsung's cheapest phone with a 90Hz screen, the Galaxy M12 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and is powered by Exynos 850 SoC. The device is available in two configurations - 4+64GB and 6+128GB.
You get a quad rear camera setup with a 48MP ISOCELL GM2 main camera, a 5MP wide-angle lens followed by a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. To the front, there is an 8MP selfie snapper. The Samsung Galaxy M12 sports a 6,000mAh battery which is backed by a 15W fast charging. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power key on the side.

SAMSUNG GALAXY A72 AND GALAXY A52
The Samsung Galaxy A72 is powered by Snapdragon 720G processor and paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The device comes with a large 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. In terms of optics, the Galaxy A72 comes with a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, an 8MP telephoto lens and a 5MP macro shooter. Selfies are handled by a 32MP shooter. There is a 5,000mAh battery unit that the inside.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 4G variant is powered by Snapdragon 720G and sports a 6.5-inch display Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate. In the camera department, the phones offer a 64MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, a 5MP depth shooters and 5MP macro cameras too. There is a 32MP selfie camera onboard. The devices pack in a 4,500mAh battery.

ONEPLUS 9 SERIES
OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 comes with Hasselblad optics, the 9 Pro features a Sony IMX789 custom 1/1.43-inch 48MP primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultra-wide, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3.3x optical zoom, and a 2MP monochrome camera. The OnePlus 9 has a 48MP f/1.8 Sony IMX 689 primary sensor, the same 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP monochrome filter camera.
Both phones come with a 4,500mAh battery with Warp Charge 65T which can charge the phone from 0-100 in just 29 minutes. The OnePlus 9R on the other hand is powered by Snapdragon 870 SoC, which makes it India's first phone with the new chipset. The OnePlus 9R comes with a 48MP main camera(Sony IM586), a 16MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP monochrome lens. Powering the device is a 4,500mAh battery with Warp Charge 65 support. The 9R sports a 6.55-inch 120Hz AMOLED display.

OPPO F19 SERIES
Oppo’s first 5G phone in India in the mid-range segment, the Oppo F19 Pro Plus is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor. The Oppo F19 Pro Plus offers a quad rear camera setup. You get a 48MP f/1.7 ” OV48B main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2, a 2MP portrait mono lens, and a 2MP macro mono lens - both with f/2.4. Selfies are handled by a 16MP single punch hole camera. On to the front, you get a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. The device is packed with a 4,310mAh battery which is backed by a 50W fast charging over Type-C port.
The Oppo F19 is a 4G device powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 chipset. It comes with the same battery capacity as the F19 Pro Plus but offers 30W fast charging. Apart from these specs, everything other specs are the same as the Oppo F19 Pro Plus.

MICROMAX IN 1
The Micromax In 1 is the third phone in the In series and comes with a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ LCD screen. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset along with the Mali G52 GPU. But, the device still runs on Android 10 out of the box. There is also a rear fingerprint scanner.
In the optics department, the Micromax In 1 offers a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP f/1.79 (Samsung ISOCELL GM1) main shooter, a 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor. As for the selfies, there is an 8MP shooter on the front. On the inside, there is a big 5,000mAh battery unit with 18W fast charging support via Type-C port.

REALME 8 SERIES
Realme's first phone with a 108MP camera, the Realme 8 Pro is also India's cheapest phone with a 108MP camera. It uses Samsung’s ISOCELL HM2 image sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP black and white camera. The Realme 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 720G and packs in a 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast charging.
The Realme 8 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset and comes with a big 5,000mAh battery and 30W fast charging. In terms of camera, the phone offers a 64MP quad rear camera. Both phones feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and miss out on the high refresh rate.

VIVO X60 SERIES
The Vivo X60 series is a camera-centric phone powered by Snapdragon chipsets and Zeiss optics in India. The company launched Vivo X60, Vivo X60 Pro, and Vivo X60 Pro Plus.
The Vivo X60 Pro Plus is powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset, has a 6.56-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, 50+48+32+8MP quad-camera setup and a 32MP selfie snapper. It has a 4,200mAh battery and supports a 55W flash charge.
The Vivo X60 Pro and the vanilla X60 in India are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipsets. Both phones are pack with a 6.56-inch 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED display and a 32MP selfie shooter on the front. The Vivo X60 Pro packs in a 48MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP portrait lens. The vanilla Vivo X60 on the other hand sports a 48MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a portrait camera.

POCO X3 PRO
After having a good run in the budget with Poco C, M, and X series, the Poco X3 Pro is all set to move a segment up to the mid-range market. The Poco X3 Pro will launch in India on March 30 and will take on the likes of the OnePlus Nord, Realme X7 series, and 8 series.
The Pooc X3 Pro will come with a Snapdragon 860 processor. Qualcomm has not made the chipset official yet and this could be again an exclusive custom chip for Poco. The Poco X3 Pro will come with a 120Hz refresh rate and have a 5,200mAh battery. The device is said to come in two configurations - 6+128GB and 8+256GB and also the phone will likely be available in Blue, Black, and Bronze colour options.

OTHERS
While these are the major phone launches that are expected for the month of March in India, there are few other smartphones that are expected to launch but we do not have confirmed info on the same. These include iQoo 7, IQoo 5 Neo, Oppo Find X3, and Xiaomi Mi 11. Globally, Vivo S9, Nubia Red Magic 6 are confirmed to launch
